Insurance Coverage for Corus™ CAD

As a new breakthrough test, insurance plans may have questions about Corus CAD. CardioDx is actively pursuing reimbursement for Corus CAD by developing clinical and economic evidence to address these questions, as well as providing patient-focused reimbursement support.

To help ensure access to Corus CAD, CardioDx will:

  • File all insurance claims on the patient’s behalf
  • Offer financial assistance for patients who meet the eligibility criteria

 

Patient Advocacy

CardioDx is committed to ensuring patient access to the Corus CAD test and has set up an easily accessible reimbursement program that puts the patient first.

Our team of Patient Advocates will work to answer questions or to find a reimbursement solution for all patients upon referral from their healthcare provider regardless of an individual’s insurance coverage.

For insured patients, we are prepared to file all insurance claims and appeals, as well as expedite prior authorization or benefit determination requests. For patients who are uninsured, or who are financially unable to cover costs not reimbursed by insurance, CardioDx has a financial assistance program available.

We are equipped to assist patients and authorized healthcare providers with any billing or reimbursement issues related to Corus CAD.
