Corus CAD Overview

What should I expect during the Corus™ CAD procedure?

Similar to other laboratory tests, your physician must order Corus CAD for you. The test requires a simple blood draw procedure. The specialist drawing your blood will ship the blood sample to the CLIA1-licensed CardioDx Commercial Laboratory for analysis. The test result will then be promptly sent to your ordering physician.

Your physician will contact you to discuss the test result and help you understand what the information in your test result means. The result from the Corus CAD test can, along with other clinical information about you, help your physician assess your likelihood of having obstructive* coronary artery disease (CAD).
