Will My Insurance Cover the Corus™ CAD test?
CardioDx understands that insurance coverage is an important factor in the decision to have the Corus CAD test. We are committed to ensuring patient access to the test and are building support for insurance coverage through many avenues.
CardioDx provides a comprehensive financial assistance program if you are uninsured or are unable to cover any costs of the Corus CAD test that are not paid by your insurance. The financial assistance program is based on individual circumstances.
To help you with your insurance coverage CardioDx will:
- Bill your insurance plan or Medicare for payment of a Corus CAD test ordered by your physician
- Work directly with your insurance company for payment of the test
- Provide financial assistance or a payment plan if necessary
